Conductometer-concentration meter two channel with inductive sensors
C-3122.P.I
The conductivity concentration meter is a two-channel analyzer for measuring
specific electric conductivity (SEC), which consists of two primary passive transducers (sensors:
proximity inductive) and a two-channel measuring instrument (MI).
The inductive, proximity sensor, made of a material with a high chemical resistance to
acids and alkalis. A strong design and smooth surface of the sensor, as well as flow-through hole of a big diameter
provides a low probability of contamination and a possibility of the sensor easy cleaning, possibility
to work with contaminated liquids.
A built-in temperature sensor provides temperature compensated measurement of the solutions concentration.
The analyzer is designed for measurement and monitoring of high values of specific electric conductivity
(SEC), salts, alkalis and acids solutions.
Following the well known dependences between the SEC and the analyzed component concentration, analyzers may be
used as salinity meters and concentration meters.
The analyzer is equipped with an archive with a 1-year archiving time.
The analyzer has a user-friendly menu. The analyzer provides a digital display of SEC values and temperature, their conversion into proportional values of
uniform DC output signals, data exchange via digital interface RS-485, alarming when the measured parameters
are out of the specified values.
Application: heat power industry, chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, food processing, dairy,
brewing and other industries.

Notes:
1) The reference temperature (°C) and the temperature coefficient (% per °C) are set programmatically.
At the request of the consumer, the manufacturer specifies a specific measuring range. The user can reconfigure the
conductometer to a different range within this model.
At the request of the consumer, another measurement range can be set in the concentration meters intended for measuring the
concentration in accordance with the normalized relationship between the SEC and the concentration of the analyte in the
solution.
At the request of the consumer in the concentration meters, indication can be setted in percent or grams per liter in
accordance with the normalized relationship between the SEC and the concentration of the analyte in the solution.
