Dual-channel analyzer of dissolved oxygen is designed for measuring dissolved oxygen
concentration and temperature of the analyzed liquid. The dual-channel analyzer is a measurement tool
consisting of one or two amperometric membrane sensors dissolved oxygen and panel-mounting
measurement instrument (MI).
The analyzer provides a digital and graphical indication of measured
parameters, with alarms when the measured parameter outside specified values, and to converting
the measured value into a unified output DC signal and communication with the computer via digital
interface RS-485 (Modbus ModBus RTU communication protocol), and archiving measured values.
The analyzer can be equipped with a lot type of
The sensor can be equipped with the cleaning cup to auto-clean it by air flow..
Using the indicator and 4-buttons control panel,
the user can view and modify configuration
settings of the analyzer:
assignment of units, number of channels,
viewing in GUI mode (trends);
enable and configure the program's settings,
view and change setpoints, hysteresis, delay and
logic relays alarm;
the range of output current.
The analyzer has a user-friendly menu and is equipped with an archive with a 1-year archiving time.
For small concentration:
small concentration sensor (SCS), resolution 0,1 μg/dm3;
Scope of application: automated systems of management, control and regulation of technological processes
in thermal power generation, municipal and industrial water purification systems, for quality control of
drinking water at the enterprises of aquaculture and other industries.
Dissolved oxygen concentration measuring ranges:
- dissolved oxygen concentration
from (0...100) to (0...20000) μg/dm3
- percent oxygen saturation
Basic percentage error value limit:
- for upper limits of measurement ranges not more than 2000 µg/dm3
±(2,5+0,035·С), μg/dm3, where C is the measured value, μg/dm3
- for upper limits of measurement ranges from 2000 to 20000 μg/dm3
±(25+0,035·С), μg/dm3, where C is the measured value, μg/dm3
Analyzed liquid consumption measuring range (with hydropanel)
Analyzed liquid temperature range (depending on the sensor type)
(0...+50) °С / (-10...+85) °С / up to 140 °C during sterilization
Process pressure range (depending on the sensor type)
Basic percentage error value limit in temerature
Reaction time 90%
< 2 min
Type of automatic temperature compensation
