Dual-channel optical analyzer of dissolved oxygen is designed for measuring dissolved oxygen
concentration and temperature of the analyzed liquid. The dual channel analyzer is a measurement tool
consisting of one or two optical sensors, with fluorescentes feelings-sensitive surface, and the
measuring instrument (MI) panel or wall mounting.
The advantages of optical sensors dissolved oxygen over membrane:
no regular calibration and maintenance required;
no requirements for the flow of the measured liquid;
low sensitivity to pollution;
short response time.
The analyzer can be equipped with a lot type of
holders. The sensor can be equipped with the
cleaning cup to auto-clean it by air flow.
The analyzer provides a digital and graphical indication of
measured parameters, with alarms when the measured parameter outside specified values, and to
converting the measured value into a unified output DC signal and communication with the computer
via digital interface RS-485 (Modbus Modbus RTU communication protocol), and archiving measured values.
The analyzer has a user-friendly menu and is equipped with an archive with a 1-year archiving time.
Using the indicator and 4-buttons control panel, the user can view and modify
configuration settings of the analyzer:
assignment of units, number of channels, viewing in GUI mode (trends);
enable and configure the program's settings, filter;
view and change setpoints, hysteresis, delay and logic relays alarm;
Scope of application: automated systems of management, control and regulation of technological
processes in domestic and industrial water purification systems, for quality control of drinking water
at the enterprises of aquaculture and other industries.

Typical installation of a submersible sensor with a cleaning system:
1 - swivel mount for extension pipe; 2 - extension pipe; 3 - extension pipe adapter; 4 - sensor with auto cleaning nozzle; 5 - rain protection; 6 - cable and air tube; 7 - handhold;
The figure shows a typical attachment of a submerged sensor of dissolved oxygen using a mounting kit to the handrails
at an open tank. The mounting kit (optional) includes an extension tube, a sensor adapter to the tube,
and a hinge mount for the extension tube.
Compressed air provided by the user must be clean and with a pressure not exceeding 3 bar.
